The Hamilton is located in the private community of Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. The Hamilton’s legacy home is available for longer stays during the months: November – April. With 5 Bedrooms and 5 ½ Baths; We can accommodate up to 10 people.
The Hamilton is 7 Rows from the Ocean, with the Beach Walk conveniently located behind our street. Jump on the bike path in front of the home and ride 1 mile to the Salty Dog; or 3 miles to Harbour Town.
This beach-oriented home sprawls across the property offering beautiful views of the backyard, heated pool by request (fee) and lagoon.

"We have been visiting Hilton Head for more than 15 yrs. This is the 4th house we have stayed in. We chose it primarily for the back yard. Unfortunately, a gator kept us from enjoying fishing in the pond as much as we would have liked. The size of the house was great for us. The location was great since we usually stay on this street. The house needs more furniture. There were 8 of us this trip and the dining room table is the only place we could all gather. That is perfect for dinners but not for relaxing."
