Surrounded by mountain pines this private lodge offers ski in convenience, while still being close to the downtown amenities of Breckenridge. (1.2 miles) 18 people can spread out over 8 bedrooms and 7.5 baths. There’s room for everyone in the various living areas complimented by fireplaces, lots of windows and 5 decks. Complete with a hot tub, a pool table, televisions, internet, grills, board games and mountain peak views, entertaining will come naturally. Extend your entertaining space into the outdoors with expansive decking on all sides of the lodge. With the ski area in your backyard, you won’t miss any time on the slopes, as well as access to the gondola. Hike, bike and Epic Discovery just out the door in the summertime. The Timbers Lodge, provides something for everyone, making it the ideal group getaway.

The impacts to The Timbers Lodge during your stay will be a Construction Fence that runs behind our property and daily construction activity on the ski area building site.
What is being built: The Imperial Hotel and Private Residences.
This Development will affect our Ski Out Access each Season depending on Construction Phases. We will let you know the best way to get to the Base of Peak 8 to start your Ski Day.
You will be able to Ski In at the end of your day as normal.
